Quantum Break FYP Flythrough

This is my final year project for University. I am basing it on a control room from an early level in Quantum Break. I decided to undertake this project as it allows me to improve my Substance Designer texturing and UE4 lighting skills.
It also allowed me to focus on a more modular workflow which includes proper lightmap creation and shader implementation. These fundamentals will be key to my improvement as an environment artist so it makes sense to help myself along.
